About the Working Committees (ওয়ার্কিং কমিটি সম্পর্কে)
The Sundarban Coalition establishes thematic working committees to provide specialised guidance, strengthen accountability and support the implementation of decisions approved by the Coalition Governance Council. Committee members are drawn from Coalition member organisations and personnel with relevant technical knowledge, experience and institutional responsibilities.
সুন্দরবন কোয়ালিশন বিশেষায়িত দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান, জবাবদিহিতা শক্তিশালী করা এবং কোয়ালিশন পরিচালনা পর্ষদের অনুমোদিত সিদ্ধান্ত বাস্তবায়নে সহায়তার জন্য বিষয়ভিত্তিক ওয়ার্কিং কমিটি গঠন করে। প্রাসঙ্গিক কারিগরি জ্ঞান, অভিজ্ঞতা ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক দায়িত্বসম্পন্ন সদস্য সংস্থা ও সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মীদের মধ্য থেকে কমিটির সদস্য নির্বাচন করা হয়।

Safeguarding and Complaints Response Mechanism Committee
This committee supports safeguarding compliance, confidential complaint handling, human rights, gender equality, non-discrimination and appropriate responses to safeguarding concerns.
এই কমিটি সেফগার্ডিং নীতিমালা প্রতিপালন, গোপনীয়ভাবে অভিযোগ পরিচালনা, মানবাধিকার, জেন্ডার সমতা, বৈষম্যহীনতা এবং সেফগার্ডিং উদ্বেগের যথাযথ প্রতিক্রিয়ায় সহায়তা করে।

Resource Mobilisation and Fundraising Committee
The Resource Mobilisation and Fundraising Committee supports funding strategy, donor engagement, partnership development, opportunity identification and collaborative proposal development for the sustainability of the Coalition and its initiatives.
রিসোর্স মোবিলাইজেশন ও ফান্ডরেইজিং কমিটি কোয়ালিশন ও এর উদ্যোগগুলোর স্থায়িত্বের জন্য অর্থায়ন কৌশল, দাতা সংস্থার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ, অংশীদারত্ব উন্নয়ন, অর্থায়নের সুযোগ চিহ্নিতকরণ এবং যৌথ প্রস্তাব উন্নয়নে সহায়তা করে।

Campaign, Communication and Branding Committee
This committee is intended to support public communication, campaign planning, visibility, branding, knowledge sharing and consistent representation of the Sundarban Coalition. The updated Working Committee record identifies women-led and youth-led representation for this committee, while the individual membership positions remain under development.
